HTC與中華電信聯合獨家推出新款入門機鳳蝶機Desire P by HTC，搭載4.3吋螢幕與1GHz雙核心處理器、Beats Audio音效技術，800萬畫素相機具「自動微笑捕捉」功能，也支援邊錄邊拍，單機價1萬900元，搭配中華電信方案，綁約2年，月繳943元起，購機價1990元。

新HTC One開賣 黑色版4月出貨

新HTC One搶先全球在台首賣，傳首批僅6000支，料4月底供貨才會正常。
新HTC One昨(29)日正式開放取貨，首批僅有32GB版銀色版，因時差關係，台灣領先英、德，搶下全球首賣國，市場人士表示，首批全台僅6000支，應付預購量即已不足，預估4月底供貨才會正常；HTC指出，16GB、64GB以及黑色版預計4月起陸續到貨。做為全台首賣店的蔡家國際總經理蔡若芸表示，新HTC One是店史上預購量最大手機，從去年12月資訊月即有消費者付錢預購，自3/25後每天詢問電話近50通。新HTC One搭載4.7吋螢幕，解析度1920×1080、1.7GHz四核心處理器，最大特色即配置前置雙喇叭、BlinkFeed使用者介面、HTC Zoe實境相簿等，單機價1萬9900元起。
首位取貨消費者林宏欣表示，喜歡新HTC One BlinkFeed介面，很想快點回去玩Zoe攝影功能。
昨早7點半正式開放取貨，由於僅消化預購名額，尚不能現場購買，未出現爆量排隊狀況。

三星S4來台 新增臉控翻頁

三星年度旗艦機S4正式來台，有黑白二色，預計4月開賣，Android機皇保衛戰即將開打。
三星GALAXY S4昨(28)日正式登台，台灣版搭載Octa雙四核心處理器，用《安兔兔》跑分APP，測出2萬8301分，為目前分數最高手機，新增臉控翻頁，上網時無需擺動機身即可捲動頁面，實測僅能向下捲動。三星日前在紐約發表會表示，預計4月初在台開放預購，4月底上市，售價未定。

【看外觀】
三星S4號稱寬度和S3相近，但螢幕加大，維持握感，若不是刻意2機同時比較的話，外觀的確頗相似。
截取螢幕Play商店字樣相比較，S4螢幕比起S3螢幕，圖案和文字邊緣幾乎沒有鋸齒化情況，S4螢幕用肉眼觀看相當細緻。
【測軟體】
使用《安兔兔評測》APP跑分，台灣販售的雙四核心版本，分數高達2萬8031分，相當驚人。
1080P解析度用《Epic Citadel》APP測試繪圖流暢度，達到每秒畫面顯示張數59.3FPS，屬於高效能等級。
使用1小時半，期間切換上網、跑APP、拍照等，使用《Battery Monitor Widget》APP測試，機身微溫31℃不至於發燙。
【玩功能】
智慧捲動模式，新增臉控翻頁，注視螢幕約2秒，螢幕會出現綠色眼睛，不需傾斜機身，臉往下看即會自動向下捲動，但無法向上捲動。
內建S Translator功能，實測用英文說「I want to go to Taipei 101」中文會翻成「我去首爾台北101」，現場試約3次，仍不夠準確。
使用HDR(High Dynamic Range，高動態範圍)模式拍攝台北101，有HDR模式照片層次明顯較亮，底部建築物清晰可見。
