台灣之星最快7月開台 實測網速快3G 16倍

台灣4G LTE市場開放6家業者，業者及支援頻段為中華電信(900/1800MHz)、台哥大與遠傳(700/1800MHz)、台灣之星(900MHz)、亞太(700MHz)及國碁電子(700/900MHz)，其中中華、台哥大及遠傳已陸續開台。台灣之星昨(24)日發表CI企業識別系統及新制服，業者雖對開台日不願鬆口，但表示是第4家開台，且喊出年底完成全台95%人口覆蓋率，實測台灣之星4G及3G網速，4G網速約快自家3G網速16倍，估最快7月開台，年底將大舉招募900位員工迎戰4G市場。

以三星S5透過台灣之星3G(上)及4G(下)下載遊戲，4G約2分半下載完，3G進度僅6%，4G約其3G的16倍。以iPhone 5s實測台灣之星3G訊號網速，下載僅4.28MB。以三星S5透過台灣之星4G訊號實測網速，下載約69.08MB。

八核平價機開戰 紅米Note登場

小米科技3月發表大螢幕平價機紅米Note，昨(16)日終於在台亮相，將與網購業者PChome 24h購物合作，開賣1.7GHz八核心處理器、2GB記憶體的紅米Note增強版，實測發現操作順暢，5.5吋螢幕雖為1280×720解析度，使用看不出毛邊，但無附觸控筆有點可惜，單機售價4999元，預計6/27上市，6/20中午12點至6/26中午12點於PChome 24h購物開放登記預購，首批到貨量1萬支。

搶佔4G 全頻機8千有找 實測Core Lite表現普通 月底上市

因應電信三雄4G開台，各家手機業者競推旗艦、中高階及中階支援4G LTE手機，三星昨(9)日發表GALAXY Core Lite中階手機，搭載4.7吋螢幕，1.2GHz四核心處理器，500萬畫素相機但無前視訊鏡頭相機等，規格入門但支援700、900及1800MHz全頻段4G LTE網路，單機售價7988元，由遠傳獨家代理於6月底開賣，實測美肌拍照效果與一般拍照模式差異不大，表現普通。

電信3雄 4G戰開打 遠傳最便宜 台哥大下載快但貴

繼中華和遠傳後，台哥大昨(4)日4G開台，宣告電信3雄4G大戰開打，中低資費遠傳最划算、高資費中華勝，台哥大資費最貴，但實測下載速度最快、綁約24個月最短，且超量限速降到256Kbps，比中華和遠傳的128Kbps好。另台灣之星、亞太電信和國碁將陸續推4G。報導╱3C組 攝影╱周頌德、薛泰安

第4代行動通訊技術標準簡稱4G，理論上傳和下載比現行3.5G上網快10倍，但實際速度約快4~7倍。3家電信業者積極搶早鳥客，9/30前申辦台哥大4G，24個月合約期內4G傳輸量多送50%且前6個月上網不限速吃到飽，優惠結束後1299元以上方案超量降速至256Kbps，其餘降至128Kbps，遠傳則是9/30前新申辦，4G上網吃到飽不限速，舊客戶優惠延到12/31，中華最摳門，不限速優惠僅到9/30，而遠傳和中華超量後均降速至128Kbps。

國產品牌戲智科技昨(30)日發表平價機WOLF，搭載聯發科1.7GHz八核心處理器、5吋1080p螢幕、Android 4.4作業系統，單機價3990元，今(31)日下午4點官網將開放1000支搶先購買，特價3888元，6/27上市。董事長徐三泰說：「WOLF首批備貨量近4千支，絕對是市場性價比最高的手機。」實測WOLF順暢，螢幕畫質和價格都比同級的M320和紅米Note優，可惜電容量太低，3支皆非4G手機。

防水手機健檢 漏氣免費換耗材

帶起防水手機流行的SONY手機，將於本周日(6/1)起至7/5舉辦皇家級手機免費健診，除9年來提供的基本外觀清潔及除塵，今年強化防水檢測設備與技術，氣密檢測若顯示手機不夠密合漏氣的話，再放入工程液加壓打氣後，活動期間可免費更換防水耗材，用戶可至全台旗艦店、各維修服務中心及特約經銷商等120個據點參加健診活動，一般至少需約半小時以上，若需維修則視損壞狀況而定。

SONY手機健診可透過專屬氣密檢測儀器，在抽取空氣後檢查手機機身接孔是否密合或漏氣。若手機側邊接孔不夠密合，會秀「FAIL」字樣，但還不會知道是哪出狀況。手機放入工程液加壓打氣，出現水泡處就是機身不夠密合處得換耗材。

手機吹起土豪風，配件廠商也推相關產品，Rapoo昨（20）日發表多款土豪金3C周邊，如具備NFC(近場通訊，Near Field Communication)功能，可搭配手機、利用專屬APP遙控的藍牙喇叭A600，實測音質不錯，但APP當機次數高；另外無線鍵盤滑鼠組Rapoo 9160最薄處僅5.6公厘，搭配自訂鍵能快速切換網頁。

智慧手環銷量增4成 測心跳好貼心

【柯長錕╱台北報導】因慢跑、健身在台漸盛行，可記錄路徑、心跳頻率和算卡路里的智慧穿戴裝置接受性漸增，市場人士表示，去年台灣約銷3萬3600支，推估約1.5億元銷售額。看好發展性，智慧手環Jawbone代理商先創表示，2代UP24備貨量比前代多1倍，銷量預估可多1倍；PChome 24h購物也指出，站上智慧手環今年3月銷量比2月增約4成、智慧運動手錶今年第1季銷量也比去年第4季增24%。
近期新智慧手環陸續上市，三星明(11)日開賣全球首款曲面觸控螢幕Gear Fit，售5990元；SONY SmartBand SWR10本月上市。Google也積極搶市，日前釋出Android Wear開放平台，LG、Moto計劃下季末推產品，料6月底Google開發者大會公布更多細節。

3C News：WP8.1手機 最快6月上市

微軟在台灣時間昨(3)日凌晨發表Windows Phone 8.1作業系統(簡稱WP8.1)，以數位語音助理Cortana、Word Flow智慧輸入等為更新重點，但Cortana現只支援英文，中文版下半年才推出，另Nokia搭載WP8.1新機Lumia 630及Lumia 930也在WP8.1公布後著亮相，最快6月於歐洲等地陸續上市。
